WORKSHOPS
DDPYOGA Workshops are offered to any facility from Yoga Centers, Health Clubs, MMA Facilities, Corporations, Sports Teams and or any place with loads of people who want to bring Dallas (DDP) in to do a series of Master Classes of his DDPYoga. They sponsor him and we co-promote the event.
A DDPYoga Workshop consists of two levels: the beginner/intermediate level and the advanced/extreme level.
Ideally we do two classes each over the course of two days with the length of time ranging from 1½, to 2 hours per class.
The workshops focus on the core principles of DDPYoga, gaining core strength and stability, increased flexibility, body fat loss and lean muscle activation and active breathing techniques. DDP begins every workshop with what he calls “Inspiration Meets Perspiration,” as he is an acclaimed speaker and combines his Living Life at 90% presentation, which is based on life being about 10% of what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it, with his workout. Dallas was once someone who wouldn’t be caught dead doing yoga, and ironically he now leads those who were like-minded onto the mat.
DDPYOGA: PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private sessions are available time permitting for those who want to workout with DDP one-on-one. We have both short term and long term packages available based on time, location and availability.
DDPYOGA: MMA CAMP SESSIONS
DDP is available to attend and be a part of MMA Fighters training camps and provide DDPYoga training to all of the fighters in the camp for a standard 10-week camp. The training will focus on mitigating risk of injury, increasing core strength and stability, improve overall flexibility and the introduction of active breathing techniques to help avoid gassing out in the later rounds.
